Conditions for Returns & Cancellations:
We allow cancellations within the first 72 hours of order placement/first payments on our website.
Beyond that, any products once fully purchased or given in advance, cannot be returned because they are all handmade and customised for you. We will help you fix things on a case-by-case basis.
All customised product orders will first be shared with you in the form of an image and then dispatched on the confirmation.
Customer satisfaction is our priority and we make sure to never leave you disappointed.
Subjective Conflicts
Please go through your project upon reception/delivery and if you are not satisfied or think it is not upto your expectation, we will arrange for a revision round and make sure the further changes if it was mutually agreed according to your our initial written proposal provided by us and subsequently you have initially agreed.. And We will only do revisions for a limited numbers as per our mutual initial agreement. Beyond that if you are still not satisfied with the look and feel you can request us again, but we are not restricted to persue this furthur but we may persue as per our good will gesture but we are not obligated to, since look and feel is wide spread area and are 100% subjective to every individual. We shall not entertain any complaints after 72 hours of the first payment. Any misbehaviour, derogetory comments, negetive remarks during our verbal or written communication coming from out clients/potential clienta may enable us to terminate to persue the project/furthur proceeding.
